Payroll Tax Update - Round 3 & 4

The Round 3 Tax Table update has been released. If you have already installed the Round 2 update, you will only need to download the Round 3 tax tables. To verify that you have the Round 2 update, your Dynamics GP version number will be the following:

GP 10: 10.00.1701

GP 2010: 11.00.1667

If you are on a previous version, the Round 2 update will need to be installed prior to installing the latest tax tables.

To install the tax tables only, go to Microsoft Dynamics GP - Maintenance - Update Tax Tables and follow the process of installing the latest tax tables. If you need the Round 2 Tax Update, please contact Jim Williams at Collins Computing to assist you in getting the latest updates installed on your system.

The Round 4 Tax Table update has been released.

This release contains all previous state and federal tax table updates as well as:

941 form changes

Program code changes that improve the way Microsoft Dynamics works

Tax table changes for the following states: Oregon - including a new filing status **The program code is required for any company filing a 941 form. If you have employees in Oregon, you are required to install both the tax table and the program code.Please contact Jim Williams at Collins Computing to set up an appointment to get this installed. As a reminder, Version 9 is no longer supported and will not be available for this update. If you need any of these updates we will need to update your system to GP2010 before proceeding. Please contact support@collinscomputing.com for a proposal to upgrade to a supported version of Dynamics GP.
